Flo Shot

Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data is collected on floshotdj.com, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data controller

Full details are given in the legal notice.

Data collected

The site only collects the data you provide voluntarily, through the quote form:

No sensitive data is collected, no profiling is carried out, and no data is bought, shared or resold. The form is only sent once you have ticked the consent box.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to prepare your quote and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. It is not used for marketing purposes.

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for Flo Shot alone. The site relies on the following technical providers, acting as processors or recipients:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Enquiries received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and at most three years after the last contact. Documents relating to an event actually performed are kept for the statutory accounting periods. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. You may ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

Audience measurement and cookies

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience: pages viewed, where visits come from, device type. This tool sets cookies and is only activated after your explicit consent. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline; declining has no effect on your browsing and does not restrict access to the site in any way.

Until you accept, measurement is blocked by the Consent Mode v2 mechanism: no measurement cookie is set. The configuration uses no advertising, no ad personalisation and no cross-site tracking, with IP anonymisation. The site uses no advertising cookie and no profiling tracker.

Local technical storage on your device only remembers your choice about audience measurement, so that you are not asked again on every visit.

You can change your choice at any time: manage my cookie preferences.

Embedded content (Mixcloud, YouTube) and the third-party services listed above may set technical cookies or receive your IP address when they load.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

To exercise these rights, write to hello@floshotdj.com. You will receive a reply within one month.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: cnil.fr.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, meaning an encrypted connection. Reasonable measures are in place to protect your data against unauthorised access.
